Hosting dan infrastruktur

Menjalankan aplikasi dan basis data Layanan.

Penyimpanan objek (S3-compatible)

Menyimpan berkas bukti, dokumen, dan lampiran yang diunggah pelanggan.

Pengiriman surel (SMTP)

Mengirim notifikasi dan pengingat, jika diaktifkan oleh organisasi pelanggan.

Fitur berbasis AI (opsional, per fitur, per organisasi)

Asisten kepatuhan, pembuatan dokumen, dan analisis lain yang secara eksplisit diaktifkan oleh organisasi pelanggan. Lihat Settings → AI & Data Processing di dalam aplikasi untuk rincian penyedia yang saat ini dikonfigurasi.

Autentikasi pengguna (single sign-on) dijalankan oleh komponen Keycloak yang di-host sendiri bersama Layanan, sehingga bukan sub-prosesor pihak ketiga.

Kami akan memperbarui daftar ini dan memberi tahu Pengendali sebelum melibatkan sub-prosesor baru yang material, sesuai Pasal 51 ayat (5) UU PDP dan Perjanjian Pemrosesan Data.

Subprocessor List

Categories of third parties that may process personal data on behalf of PT BATI Consulting in connection with the Service. Specific vendor names for infrastructure categories are not yet published here; contact [not yet configured -- pending legal/operations review] for full details before signing a DPA.

Hosting and infrastructure

Runs the Service's application and database.

Object storage (S3-compatible)

Stores evidence files, documents, and attachments customers upload.

Email delivery (SMTP)

Sends notifications and reminders, when enabled by the customer organization.

AI-assisted features (optional, per feature, per organization)

Compliance assistant, document generation, and other analyses the customer organization explicitly enables. See Settings → AI & Data Processing inside the app for the currently configured provider.

User authentication (single sign-on) runs on a Keycloak component self-hosted alongside the Service, so it is not a third-party sub-processor.

We will update this list and notify the Controller before engaging a new material sub-processor, per Pasal 51(5) UU PDP and the Data Processing Agreement.
